Englewood Illegal Civilian Scheme - Eligibility & Standards​

The Illegal Civilian Scheme is designed for characters who engage in criminal roleplay outside of official factions, adding depth to the city’s RP environment through independent or loosely connected illegal activities. To ensure high-quality RP, the following standards must be met:​

General Standards​

• Minimum of 3 documented interactions through RP clips at the time of review.
• Characters must contribute meaningfully to the RP environment (e.g., street-level crime, hustling, scams, petty criminal networks, etc.).
• All characters must have a clear roleplay identity and criminal motive—no vague or "random criminal" behavior.
• Serious and realistic RP is expected at all times. Trolling, RDM, or relying on "script over RP" will not be tolerated.
• Characters cannot be affiliated with any official illegal or legal factions.
• All players must understand and follow the ROE (Rules of Engagement) and server rules.

Application Requirements​

• Character Thread: Must include a detailed backstory explaining your character’s origins, motivations, and role in the criminal underworld. If you are creating a group the maximum member count is 4.
• RP Documentation:
  • Minimum of 3 clips, each 2+ minutes long.
  • Clips must show a balance of positive & negative interactions.
  • Include examples of character development and growth over time.
• Weapons & Combat Logging:
  • All weapon interactions (attacks, shootings, etc.) must be clipped and added to your thread.
  • Failure to log these will result in removal from the scheme, CK (character kill), and weapon wipe.
• Independent Identity:
  • Your character must not be operating under the protection or banner of an official gang, cartel, or government agency.
• Thread Privacy:
  • All character threads will remain private and staff-viewable only.

Ongoing Requirements​

• Maintain regular RP activity — no more than 7 days of inactivity without posting on your thread.
  • Threads will be locked & archived after 7 days of inactivity.
  • You are allowed to reopen your thread once before permanent archiving.
• Keep your thread updated with new interactions, character development, and ongoing activity.
• Quality over quantity: focus on story-driven roleplay, not grind or kill-count.
• All conflicts must remain in-character. OOC toxicity, beef, or poor behavior will result in removal from the scheme.

Additional Notes​

• Being accepted into the Illegal Civilian Scheme is a privilege, not a right. Approval is based on:
  • Effort
  • Originality
  • Consistency
  • RP contribution to the wider server.
• Characters in this scheme are held to a high RP standard and expected to lead by example for independent civilian criminals.
• Staff may remove any participant who is:
  • Inactive
  • Breaking server rules
  • Prioritizing winning over roleplay
  • Abusing scripts, mechanics, or loopholes.
