Solved I got sent to jail for 3 hours cause police pulled a car over and I wasn’t "fleeing and evading”

I had a Show as a rapper to go to. my and my ppls got into a car and pulled off which not even 5 secs later we got pulled over. The driver hopped out the car and got in another car and left, i stayed and kept getting tazed. which the officer put me and handcuffs and went in my pockets. then took me to jail for 3 hours for "fleeing and evading" when i didnt flee https://gyazo.com/ec45ba2f30e029c5424b864953365595

I am not the cop but I am a SGT, you ran from officers that is fleeding and evading, whatever the MDT system says we can not change that. That's how the charges are made into the MDT System, and also if you was not the driver and you was in the back why did you even run? Mostly you was not going to jail becuase you did not do anything wrong. If you didn't have nothing on you which you said you only got that one charge, why run from one cop? You could've been that one person that got out the vehicle with your handsup.

but yall left and came back. He had guns pointed at the car for no reason literally and we didnt do nothing and when i looked. fleeing and evading is only 80 months and thats 1 hour and 20. so he gave me another fake charge for no reason anyway and in his stream he literally said only cause i ran he gave me 3 hours i dont see where the other 2 hours came in at. da mf added other chargers that wasnt against me. neither did they ask why they was stopping us

your also making a report with no clip from your pov im lost on why you using our officers pov u was running as we all can see from the clip you sent brother yall be running for no reason at all then get up when u get sent to jail or say we bored also u was pulled over bc that are was in a 10-80 before we been on the look out for it all day
