everytime i do my /mes my experience level doesn't go up???

To get your level it is 3 to 2 /mes per 5minutes, so basically you do /mes /dos or /s every 5minutes. To get to the next point or level. But at the moment i have been hearing that the skill tree system is broken, and I do not know if it has been fixed yet or if it is fixed. But if it's a bug pls let us now but with the being said.
